Through my own experience, I'm convinced that running is more than just sport or exercise. It's a culture of like-minded people – of strong-willed people. And, while it may seem silly to say, running completely changes the way you approach your life. The moment you begin to push yourself as a runner is the moment you begin to push yourself in other aspects of your life. Molehills rightfully stay molehills, and mountains become few and far between.
The measure of a person is not where s/he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where s/he stands at times of challenge and controversy. And that's why I Run.
