Each year, representatives from 50–60 different countries join together in Kansas City's sprawling Swope Park to create a community so rich in culture, you won't know where to begin. Lasting three days every August, the Ethnic Enrichment Festival gives Kansas Citians the opportunity to experience dance, costume, and cuisine from all around the world. More importantly, it reminds us to appreciate differences instead of fearing them.
